We transformed an outdated top-floor flat in the heart of Victoria into a stylish, high-end one-bedroom residence, designed with comfort, elegance, and modern living in mind.

The works included the creation of an open-plan kitchen and living area, installation of a brand-new bespoke kitchen, and the full refurbishment of the existing bathroom into a sleek, modern shower room. We laid new engineered wood flooring throughout, installed bespoke joinery to maximise space and functionality, and added new electrical wiring and integrated air conditioning units for enhanced comfort.

Finishing touches such as premium decorating, custom finishes, and attention to detail gave the flat a refined and contemporary aesthetic, turning it into a spacious, luxury city home.
