This full refurbishment and extension of an end-of-terrace home in North West London combined smart space planning with high-spec finishes and sustainable design elements. We began by constructing a single-storey rear extension to open up the ground floor and enhance natural light. The former front garage was converted into a fully insulated TV room, adding valuable living space to the property.

The interior was fully reconfigured and renovated, including the creation of a new en-suite bathroom on the first floor, installation of bespoke joinery, a custom kitchen, and a new staircase. New flooring was fitted throughout, complementing the home’s updated aesthetic.

Externally, the property was landscaped to improve flow between the interior and garden, and a green roof was installed on the new extension — combining form, function, and environmental sensitivity. This project demonstrates our holistic approach to residential renovation, blending architectural upgrades with precision craftsmanship.
