We proudly delivered the flagship branch of Rose & Rose, a high-end coffee shop franchise, by converting a former office unit into a stylish and elegant café space in the heart of Hampstead. This full design and build project was managed from start to finish, transforming the shell into a refined hospitality environment.

Scope of works included a full interior refurbishment, bespoke joinery, new MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) installations, and the fit-out of all barista and café machinery. From custom-built counters and seating to ambient lighting and sophisticated finishes, every detail was crafted to reflect the brand’s luxury feel and ensure a seamless customer experience.
