Project Detail
Newark, Nottingham , Queen’s Head Pub
We completed the full refurbishment and conversion of the historic 400-year-old Queens Arms pub in New York, Nottingham. This project involved transforming the original structure into a vibrant and multifunctional space, now housing a traditional pub, a contemporary Thai restaurant with a commercial kitchen, and a newly added three-bedroom residential flat at the rear of the property.
Key works included restoration of original timber features, installation of new toilets, fresh tiling throughout, full interior and exterior painting, and the application of bespoke wall cladding and varnished oak panels. We also delivered custom-made joinery, upgraded the electrical system with new wiring and lighting, and ensured the entire space met modern standards while preserving its historic character.
This project is a showcase of our ability to blend heritage restoration with contemporary functionality.
