Located within a distinguished period building in Hampstead, this three-bedroom flat underwent a full refurbishment, combining timeless elegance with contemporary living standards. Our design and build team delivered a tailored renovation that respected the heritage of the property while introducing high-spec finishes throughout.

The flat features traditional herringbone flooring and Victorian hallway tiles, chosen to honour the character of the original architecture. Custom joinery was central to the project, including bespoke internal doors, wardrobes, bookshelves, and a handcrafted kitchen — all built to measure with meticulous attention to detail.
