This ambitious top-floor flat conversion in West London showcases how intelligent design and expert construction can dramatically transform a compact space. Originally a one-bedroom flat, we extended the property upwards with a well-proportioned loft conversion to create a spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom home.

Our full design and build service included the integration of an open-plan kitchen and living area, optimising natural light and flow. The project also featured new electrical wiring, updated plumbing, a new boiler installation, and carefully selected finishes — including contemporary wallpapers and modern bathrooms.

The result is a bright, functional, and beautifully crafted home that makes exceptional use of space while maintaining a strong aesthetic identity.
