This comprehensive redevelopment project turned a modest two-bedroom semi-detached house in West London into a spacious and luxurious four-bedroom family home. Following full planning approval, we delivered a part single-, part double-storey rear extension, along with a side extension, to maximise both internal and external living space.

The works included the removal of an outdated extension and existing roof tiles, followed by the construction of a new roof and complete internal refurbishment. Key upgrades included the installation of underfloor heating, three contemporary bathrooms, a bespoke kitchen, and a striking new staircase.

A major highlight of this property is the expansive 15-metre garden, which was fully landscaped to create a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. As part of the exterior works, we installed a brand-new perimeter fence to enhance privacy and security, complementing the overall finish of this premium family home.
